Valentine's Day Event

Vibrational Medicine: Heart Beat Drumming for Cardiovascular Health

"A good time was had by all." These are the words of one of the many joyfully dancing drummers at this vibrational medicine event for cardiovascular health.   On Valentine's Day, many gathered for a bountiful table of healthy snacks and appetizers. The Belfry provided a most unique metaphysical-steam punk atmosphere, that will intrigue your curiosity and free your spirit to flight! This special drumming event provided a novel experience in music/sound /vibration therapy, learning various drumming techniques of the African djembe drum. Rhythms were made on hand drums, djembes, tambourines, cymbals, wood blocks, claves and belly-dance belts (they are percussion, too!). These various drumming techniques enhance your experience and can be adapted to other percussion instruments, as well.
